"I was surprised about this one. It’s not generic off-brand quality. It’s really good. My son has been begging to make a model volcano, and I think this is going to be the coolest way to do it including the VR aspect. This is educational, fun, high quality, and such a great gift for kids in the right age range who love science and nature."
"This is actually fun, but also on a limited level that doesn't really entice revisit. I am actually happy with it, and also expect that I can get others, but a increasing lineup and more involved VR experience would be needed.First, I actually was unclear about how to setup the VR using my phone. It comes with nice looking goggles, that really are just kid sized, but only offer adjustment to eye width and not focus. I also had no instructions on how to place my phone inside the VR goggles and had to take a plunge at just pressing them in place which I was worried would have broken something. Nothing broke and while it was tight I figured that was part of the goal so that the phone was secure while my kids used it.Here's my main issue though, while they had fun for around 2 hours with this, they have yet to request a revisit for the VR experience or even the volcano which ended up unfinished. They did love the VR part quite a bit... and then it was like a transient experience that slipped away because of a lack of additional content. We got the volcano one, and my 9 yr old loves learning, and even he love it at first but went back to his books not looking back.I feel like this is a good product, but it is lacking more information and options. Volcano's are fun to work with, but so many kits already have done that and we need the next steps of information which this mostly just glosses over. I would get this if your kids are just starting to want to learn more."

"My son is a homeschooler who takes online classes. He is studying volcanoes right now. This VR set offers him a more in-depth look at volcanoes than his class does. It gives him the opportunity to see inside a volcano and how it truly functions. He is loving it. It also comes with all the equipment more him to make his own volcano and make an eruption. It has a book that comes with it that show volcanoes around the world and facts about them. It’s a great set for fun and learning."
"My eight year old grandson is in an after school science program that concentrates on steam projects. The teacher sent home this week a list of items for Christmas gifts that will keep them working on steam projects during Christmas break. For my grandson this is the most wanted gift. He keeps telling us Bill Nye the science guy says it is a must buy."
"My kids and I had so much fun with this educational volcano kit. It was easy to figure out by following the directions. My older two (Both 11) could have done the entire thing themselves, but the younger ones enjoyed watching and checking out the VR portion of the kit.I love toys that keep my kids amused while also teaching them things, and this kit checks all of the boxes! It has a lot of really neat facts and information that even I didn't know regarding volcanos like the several different types.The VR set is a really neat and unique addition, I even got a kick out of it. Kids and adults alike will get a kick out of this education kit, I recommend it for anyone. It would make a wonderful gift."
