Otherwise, a flat rate shipping option is offered at $9.99 USD to ship anywhere in the 48 contiguous US states and Canada. Select items may be available to ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
Orders are processed and shipped same day from our facility in Seattle and Chicago.
Abacus Brands does not guarantee packages to arrive on or before a specific date. When placing orders during the holidays, please allow additional time in ordering to ensure packages arrive before December 25th.
HOW CAN I RETURN SOMETHING?
- Customers may request to return their order within 30 days of receipt.
- Please email our team at support@abacusbrands.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).
- Returns can be made free of charge (no restocking fee) on brand new, unopened items.
- Please note that we do not accept refunds on used items.
- Customers will be provided with return shipping information when returning new items within the 30 day window at no charge.
- Please ensure the RMA label is included in your return shipment.
- Please allow us 3-5 business days to process the return.
- We will notify you once the refund has been completed.
