Flat rate shipping option is offered at $9.99 USD to ship anywhere in the 48 contiguous US states and Canada. Select items may be available to ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
Abacus Brands does not guarantee packages to arrive on or before a specific date. When placing orders during the holidays, please allow additional time in ordering to ensure packages arrive before December 25th.
HOW CAN I RETURN SOMETHING?
- Customers may request to return their order within 30 days of receipt.
- Please email our team at support@abacusbrands.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).
- Customers are responsible for any fees associated with returns.
- Please note that we do not accept refunds on open or used items.
- Customers will be provided with return shipping information when returning new items within the 30 day window.
- Please ensure the RMA label is included in your return shipment.
- Please allow us 3-5 business days to process the return.
