"Do NOT buy this as a gift. This company has one of the most ridiculous and anti-customer return policies I’ve ever dealt with. I bought the Ocean version of these virtual reality goggles as a Christmas gift for my grandson. He refuses to wear the goggles, so I requested a return on December 24th. They didn’t bother responding until December 30th. Their response? No return — because the box was opened. That’s absurd. How exactly are you supposed to know if the product works or if the recipient will even use it if you’re not allowed to open the box? To make it worse, they only allow a 30-day return window — even during the holidays — which is completely unreasonable for gift purchases. This isn’t a “policy,” it’s a trap. Once they have your money, they don’t care whether the product works for you or not. Save yourself the headache and buy from a company that actually stands behind its products and respects its customers."
