Only part of the order came through before Christmas.
"Look, I know Christmas is the busiest time of the year. I'm not unreasonable. What is unreasonable however is ordering several items (pixicade and one of the VR books requiring the goggles) including this free expansion pack WITHOUT goggles on the 11th (give or take a day or two) and my son receiving solely the goggle-less expansion pack on the 23rd of December. So imagine being 9 years old at Christmas and you get 1/3 of your gift in the mail which you can't even use because the piece you need to make it work wasn't delivered. It wasn't until mid January that the second of three pieces were delivered. Can you guess what wasn't included this time? The VR set that is supposed to contain the goggles for the first delivery. Why did they get this so wrong? Where's the last third of my order? I understand the chaos of logistics during the Christmas rush more than most. But in our specific case I'm active duty military and couldn't be there for Christmas this year and Abacus became the grinch that stole Christmas. Shop small businesses, but think hard before shopping here. If you have a birthday or event to meet, you'd be better off going through Amazon. I'll say this, they refunded me for the pixicade but nothing was done for the missing goggles. At this point, sure I want and expect my money back for the entire order, but more than that I want Abacus to make it up to my 9 year old who not only didn't get to have his dad for Christmas, but in the moment felt forgotten."
